The Sports module allows you to storage all your physical activity and track them over the time.

The Sports module includes the tiles below:

  • Walking*: steps, walking distance, time and your burned calories tracked over the time.
  • Running*: kilometers, altitude differential, time and your burned calories tracked over the time.
  • Cycling*: kilometers, altitude differential, time and your burned calories tracked over the time.
  • Skating*: kilometers, altitude differential, time and your burned calories tracked over the time.
  • Swiming*: kilometers, time and your burned calories tracked over the time.
  • Yoga*: physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation.
  • Workouts: any session of vigorous physical exercise or training, that does not include the exercises in the other sections, such as weightlifting, weight training, etc.
