The Sports module allows you to storage all your physical activity and track them over the time.
Features Included
The Sports module includes the tiles below:
- Walking*: steps, walking distance, time and your burned calories tracked over the time.
- Running*: kilometers, altitude differential, time and your burned calories tracked over the time.
- Cycling*: kilometers, altitude differential, time and your burned calories tracked over the time.
- Skating*: kilometers, altitude differential, time and your burned calories tracked over the time.
- Swiming*: kilometers, time and your burned calories tracked over the time.
- Yoga*: physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation.
- Workouts: any session of vigorous physical exercise or training, that does not include the exercises in the other sections, such as weightlifting, weight training, etc.
