- Sunlight Exposure*: an easy way to track the sun exposure tracked over the time.
- Sleeping*: the best way to control and monitor the sleeping time tracked over the time.
- Red Meat: establish the amount of red meat consumed per day and tracked over the time.
- Fruit & Vegetables: establish the amount of fruits and vegetables consumed per day and tracked over the time.
